Both properties are located in Montceau-et-echarnant on a plateau, about 21.9 km from the city center of Beaune, and within cycling distance from well-known wine villages such as Saint-Romain (12.6 km), Pommard (20.2 km) and Meursault (23.3 km), where you can taste excellent wines.
