Location

Both properties are located in Montceau-et-echarnant on a plateau, about 21.9 km from the city center of Beaune, and within cycling distance from well-known wine villages such as Saint-Romain (12.6 km), Pommard (20.2 km) and Meursault (23.3 km), where you can taste excellent wines.

The Village

Montceau-et-écharnant is a village that was founded in 1857 whit the merger of Montceau & Echarnant, and counts about 150 residents today.

The village is populated by mainly old people and as a consequence, unfortunately, it has no shops.

In a village nearby (Bligny sur Ouche) you will find supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, a post office, a pharmacy, pubs, filling stations and a weekly market.
